Ms Karen Sik works at the Office of Chief Psychologist (OCP), Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF). OCP provides professional consultation in the field of psychology and mental health with regard to policy, programming and practice within the Ministry and the social service sector. Karen works closely with various partners and agencies to provide quality psychological services to help transform the lives of individuals and families in need. Formerly, she headed the Services for Trauma and Abuse Recovery Unit in MSF’s Clinical and Forensic Psychology Service. Karen has 20 years of experience working with children, youth and families who have experienced abuse and trauma.
